Husband and wife team, Troy and
Rebecca Bourquin, proudly join the JAXQuickfit
family as owners of the new Bayswater North
franchise.
With over 16 years automotive industry
experience Troy has worked with various tyre
retail chains and independent stores and will
draw on his previous appointments to ensure only
the best business and customer service practices
are put in place.
The Bayswater North store will offer customers
JAXQuickfit’s extensive range of tyres and
wheels together with mechanical repairs as well
as engine servicing.
A total of five staff, including Troy and
Rebecca will service the needs of the Bayswater
North customers, which will include local
residents and workers along with industrial
clientele.
The Bourquin’s plans for the JAXQuickfit
Bayswater North store include a strong emphasis
on customer care and service.
Rebecca has been instrumental in the design and
features of the store, with the comfort of
customers and in particular female customers a
high priority.
“We want our customers to feel welcome as soon
they enter the store.”
“We understand that females, make up a large
section of the tyre buying public, and our aim
is to make them feel as comfortable and informed
as possible, and we will do this by offering a
store layout with the attention to the details
that matter and through good old fashioned,
honest customer service.”
The waiting room is fully equipped with a coffee
machine, television, couches and a selection of
magazines to suit a variety of reading tastes. |
