Long-time Lismore resident and JAXQuickfit franchisee Jeffrey
Nicholls takes enormous pride in the products and service
offerings his store has been providing to the Lismore community
for over eight years.
Beginning his motor mechanic trade the moment he left school,
Jeff swapped the books for a little elbow grease over 30 years
ago and hasn’t looked back.
“My
first real passion is cars and I have been lucky enough to build
a life around what I love doing,” Jeff Nicholls said.
“After working for other people for decades, I decided I wanted
the independence and freedom that came with running my own
business.”

opportunity presented itself, I couldn’t refuse.”
Servicing all surrounding northern NSW areas, the Lismore store
offers customers, JAXQuickfit’s extensive range of tyres and
wheels, together with steering, brake and suspension servicing.
Jeff’s
strong automotive background is complemented by the appointment
of four highly qualified staff, that are all happy to assist
with even the smallest of inquiries.
The
JAXQuickfit Lismore store places a strong emphasis on quality
customer care and service.
“Our
clientele is wide and varied, we service a lot of students, mums
and dads, and local businesses and we are well aware it is a
highly competitive environment.”

aim is to make sure that our store is accessible to everyone,
especially females, they make up a large section of the tyre
buying public and we want them to feel as comfortable and
informed as possible, in what is traditionally viewed as a male
dominated industry.”

The layout
of the store and provisions for a comfortable waiting area, have
been carefully considered and the inside is fully equipped with
comfy chairs and a selection of magazines to suit a variety of
reading tastes.
Sharing a
strong community spirit, JAXQuickfit Lismore is a regular
contributor to a number of local charities and is a supporter of the
South Lismore Bowls Club.
When Jeff is
not busy working, he and his wife Coleen, are kept fully occupied
with three teenage boys at home.
To unwind
Jeff enjoys some personal time on the lawn bowls green.
