Father and son team Pat and Mat Scifleet work like Trojans at their JAXQuickfit Tyres Mitchell to run an energized and efficient business and fit in their favourite spare time activities also.
Mat Scifleet started out in the tyre industry in 1996 – before he had even left school.
6 years ago he purchased the JAXQuickfit Tyres Mitchell with his Dad, and neither has ever looked back.
“We pride ourselves on customer service,’’ Mr Scifleet said.
“We get repeat customers through being renowned for our one-on-one customer service approach.”
“People tell their friends and we get a name for ourselves in the automotive industry and that is what makes people keep coming back.”
JAXQuickfit Tyres Mitchell has 6 staff and opens from
7:45am to 5pm Mon to Fri and 8am to 12midday on Saturday.
When he is not running the business, Mat Scifleet can be found working out at the gym, indoor rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, bushwalking, or setting records on the Xbox.
How does he fit it all in?
“I get up early in the morning and I go to bed late at night,’’ he said.
“It becomes a way of life if you want to fit in everything you love, and I am used to it.”
