Dunlop and Yamaha dominate MX Nationals

CDR Rockstar Yamaha who use Dunlop’s x tyre has once again dominated the 2008 Rockstar Energy Drink MX Nationals with Jay Marmont and Cheyne Boyd blitzing their competition at the seventh round of the series by finishing first and second at Lakes yesterday.

It is the second round in succession that CDR Rockstar Yamaha has beat their opposition to the top two steps on the podium. Boyd and Marmont finished first and second respectively at the previous round of the series at Murray Bridge last month.

Marmont clinched the victory and extended his lead to 42 points whilst wearing pink riding gear to raise awareness for Breast Cancer.

“We’re wearing the pink gear today because I lost my Nan to breast cancer and have an Aunt who survived it,” Marmont said, “I’m stoked to have won today for her and for everyone woman that has been touched by breast cancer, it’s worth all the flack we copped in the pits about wearing pink!"
