Continental Tyres Enters Running Race with Adidas

Continental Tyres have teamed up with Adidas to create the new high-end all terrain SuperNova Riot trail running and outdoor shoe.

An approach from the Adidas Innovation Team to Continental R & D has seen many months of testing and workshop activity with the final product now complete.

Featuring Continental rubber outsoles, the shoes just like Continental’s award winning tyre range employs the latest technology in traction compound to provide Industry leading traction performance.

In fact, the SuperNova Riot range offers better grip in wet conditions than that of their competitors in the dry.

Designed for use on rock, wood, mud, road, and even ice and snow the Continental outsole provides for a 39% steeper climb than any running shoe currently on the market.

The trail runner is available overseas now in both men and women’s sizes and is easily identifiable with the Continental logo clearly marked on the sole and shoe hang tags.

  1. Not the most practical of runnng shoes – look at the size of the tag. Continental Tyres would try having someone running in those things, the tags would be flapping around like wings!
