Goodyear Wranglers help Nissan Pathfinder to Overlander Magazine ‘4WD of the Year’ award

GOODYEAR TYRES WERE FITTED AS ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT (OE) ON THE WINNER OF OVERLANDER MAGAZINE’S RECENTLY CROWNED ‘4WD OF THE YEAR’.

The updated R51 Nissan Pathfinder was selected as the top 4WD by the panel of Overlander experts due to its compelling combination of value for money, performance, economy, refinement, on-road handling, space efficiency, and ability in the bush.

The judges were particularly pleased with the performance of the tyres, commenting during the set-piece hill climb test that “with its fully independent suspension and road-oriented Goodyear Wrangler HP Tyres we expect the Pathfinder to really struggle on the muddy set-piece but that’s not the case.”

Goodyear is the OE tyre for the Pathfinder with the Goodyear Wrangler HP All Weather in size 225/65R17.

“Supplying the tyres for some of the most highly respected vehicles on and off the road is a job Goodyear is proud to claim,” said Graeme Haynes, Goodyear & Dunlop Tyre’s OE Sales Director.

“Vehicles such as the Pathfinder are winners, and we want the tyres to play an important role in that appeal.”
