New Goodyear and Dunlop websites go live; Focus on Improving Customer Experience Online

GOODYEAR & DUNLOP TYRES ONGOING PROGRAM TO IMPROVE AND ENHANCE ITS ONLINE AND DIGITAL STRATEGY HAS TAKEN ANOTHER LEAP FORWARD WITH THE LAUNCH OF ITS NEW BRAND WEBSITES IN AUSTRALIA.

Both the Goodyear and Dunlop sites have been re-launched after being completely redesigned and rebranded to allow consumers to view products and interact with the brands more easily. Some of the new features include:

  • Improved, easy-to-use navigation system
  • Custom URL’s for Search Engine Optimisation
  • All new look and feel with latest launches, branding and campaigns
  • Integration of Motorsport and Motorcycle sections in Dunlop website, including dynamic, live news updates via a Twitter feed from Dunlop’s Motorsport partners

Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres Online Marketing Manager, Daniel Lloyd, said that the new websites better reflect not only the focus on our customers, but also the core elements that make up the brands.

These are big enhancements on the previous websites and we should see much improved website statistics moving forward as customers engage better with our brands,” Lloyd said.

“From a technical perspective, the simplified navigation will make it much easier for users to interact with our brands, and the sites have also been optimised for search engines which will make it easier for people to find us.

“In addition, the new designs are aimed at engaging and giving the user the best experience while better representing what each of the brands stand for.

The websites, particularly content, will continue to evolve, so keep an eye out for even further improvements as we move forward.”
