Australia’s premier independent tyre retailer, JAXQuickfit Tyres, is continuing its expansion into the Victorian market with the opening this week of a new store in Caulfield South.

Operated by experienced Store Manager Nathan Jones, the Hawthorn Road outlet features brand-new state-of-the-art computerised tyre fitment and wheel alignment equipment, together with JAXQuickfit’s menu of related services.

“JAXQuickfit Tyres offer customers the right choice of quality product at great prices, with the right mix of support services, so it’s a one-stop shop,” Nathan Jones explains.

“I’ve worked in the (tyre) industry for 10 years, the last few as a Store Manager for JAXQuickfit, so I am very familiar with our customer offering … in my opinion it is the best in the industry.”

Jones’ plans for the new JAXQuickfit Caulfield South store include a strong emphasis on customer care and service.

“Although we have only just opened, the reaction from local customers has been tremendous, and our business focus will be on servicing those needs; it’s about the right mix of passenger and suburban four-wheel-drive, with a few light truck tyres thrown in.”

Along with JAXQuickfit’s major tyre brands and huge range of wheels, the new Caulfield South store will also offer brake, suspension and mechanical servicing, plus nitrogen fill, as part of its service offering.

“Initially we have opened with a small but select staff of tyre industry professionals, we plan to be very hands-on, and we’ll only expand from that base once we’re sure our customer service is what it should be and won’t be impacted by expansion,” Nathan Jones says.

“It’s a great area, the people are very supportive, and we want to return that loyalty in the way we do business.”

Away from the new JAXQuickfit outlet Nathan Jones spends time with wife Emily and their much loved pair of beagles.
