Just wanted to let you know that the guys at Artarmon really do offer excellent service.
About 6 weeks ago needed the nitrogen tyres filled up on my car, tried Bob Jane at Artarmon because they were close and easy to get to...but they were too busy, and unhelpful - so found the JAX store, and the guys did it quickly and were very friendly - also pointing out that tyres were getting close'ish to replacement time, and he checked when the rego was due, and suggested we get new ones by then.
Rego was due this week, and sent emails to JAX first, then also to Bob Jane and Beaurepaires. Scott replied within an hour - I am still waiting to hear from the others. He got the right tyres in, when I needed them, and fitted them quickly, offered sensible add-on services appropriately, and left me confident that I had made the right choice.
No doubt that I will use them again and recommend them to others.
