I am emailing you to highly commend the Manager at the Caulfield South store Nathan Jones. This week Nathan arranged the replacement of my Renault Scenic's front and rear brakes.
In doing so Nathan was required to use genuine parts instead of the quoted after-market parts,and he honoured the original quote. Then when I had to return to the workshop to advise of a large grease handprint on the door of the car, Nathan immediately arranged for the car to be detailed.
I can't praise Nathan more highly for his excellent and professional customer service.
I have now had my car in twice to Nathan at Jaxquickfit and find the level of service to be excellent.
I certainly will be using Nathan and Jaxquickfit for future automotive work.
