I have just had 4 tyres fitted to my XR8. I was delighted with the level of customer service shown by all members of the team at Greenhills. I am employed as a staff training and development specialist. My role is to teach customer service and develop staff so they appreciate the importance of exceeding customers expectations. I am glad to report that my services would be wasted in working with the team at Greenhills. The receptionist 'Taryn' is efficient, knowledgeable, and very capable of multi-tasking. She is an asset to the business. I would have no hesitation in offering her a role with any of the organisations that I work with.
