Today I had two tyres replaced at the Maroochydore (QLD) branch of Jax Quick fit tyres and it was a very pleasant experience.
I have been a Fixed Operations Manager for a large multi-franchise group for many years and know that praise is not often heard but complaints are!
I viewed the work being done on my vehicle and must say I was impressed with the speed and accuracy of the people working, no shortcuts or carelessness at all and all the correct procedures and equipment used also the staff in the reception, Patrick and Mike, we both very helpful efficient and friendly.
All in all a very good experience.
