Good Afternoon,
I just wanted to pass on some feedback regarding my first experience with JAX today, specifically at Sutherland, NSW.
JAX Sutherland has been recommended to myself by a close friend for their efficency & cost effective service. Previously I have only had my cars serviced with dealers, and with my current car, was planning on having all further servicing done at a European car specialist.
Today, I only needed a rego check & made the booking a day prior.
The rego check took a simple 20 minutes, and all my questions and queries regarding further servicing were answer. Alan, took the time to explain the best way & time to service my car, outlined all costs involved, and was a very big help, as I have not had a diesel car previously.
I would just like to let you know, that the team at JAX Sutherland didn't meet, but exceeded all my expectations, and they are who I will be going to in future for all my car servicing needs. I would also not hesitiate to recommend to friends and family, as my close friend & her mother has done also
