'Racey' Dancers Star On Streets Of Adelaide

Celebrity weatherman Grant Denyer today took 'Dancing With The Stars' partner Amanda Garner for the ride of her life, in the lead up to this weekend's Clipsal 500 motor race.

Denyer, who drives for motor racing legend Dick Johnson in between his colourful weather reports for the Seven Network's 'Sunrise' program, took dance partner Garner for a couple of high speed laps of the Adelaide street circuit aboard his Summit Fleet Leasing/ JaxQuickfit Tyres Ford Falcon V8 Supercar.

"That was unbelievable, I couldn't believe how fast we were going and how much effort goes into driving the cars at those speeds," an excited Garner said afterwards.

"No wonder he's such a good dancer . driving a racing car like that takes real co-ordination. I've seen a side of Grant I didn't know existed!"

Denyer and Garner are highly rated in the 'Dancing With The Stars' competition, regarded by many as hot favourites.
