Customer Help

If you need to make a claim under your guarantee, just take your vehicle to any JAXQuickfit Tyres service centre together with your original receipt.

JAXQuickfit Tyres will dismantle, repair or replace any defective parts and reassemble them on your vehicle free of charge, subject to the guarantee conditions. Your guarantees apply from the date of your original purchase and are not transferable.

Tyre Guarantee

LIFETIME GUARANTEE

At JAXQuickfit Tyres we guarantee the quality of all the tyres we supply and install for the life of the tyre. Should you discover a manufacturer's fault after purchase we will replace your tyre free of charge. If the tyre tread is worn more than 20%, JAXQuickfit Tyres will replace the tyre on a pro-rata basis (for example, if a tyre is 40% worn, JAXQuickfit Tyres will cover 60% of the cost of a replacement tyre while you will only pay 40% of the cost).

Brake Guarantee

12 MONTHS OR 20,000 KMS

All brake parts are guaranteed for 12 months or 20,000 kilometres. If any JAXQuickfit Tyres installed brake parts should fail during the guarantee period (either due to a parts malfunction or faulty workmanship) we will replace the part or correct the problem at no charge.

Shock Absorber Guarantee

Gas shock absorbers and strut parts

24 MONTHS - UNLIMITED KMS

Hydraulic shock absorbers

12 MONTHS - UNLIMITED KMS (or refer to manufacturer's warranty)

Wheel Alignment Guarantee

90 DAYS UNLIMITED KMS

Your wheel alignment is guaranteed for 90 days, providing all JAXQuickfit Tyres recommended repairs or replacement parts have been undertaken or installed before the wheel alignment was carried out.

Other Guaranteed Services

For all other services including mechanical repairs the store manager will explain the guarantee period where applicable.

Conditions

The JAXQuickfit Tyres guarantee covers parts or services listed on the original purchase invoice, and is valid from the date of purchase for the period of the guarantee, subject to the following exclusions:

1. JAXQuickfit Tyres does not guarantee any parts which have suffered damage due to misuse, accident or any cause beyond the control of JAXQuickfit Tyres.

2. JAXQuickfit Tyres does not guarantee any parts which are removed from the vehicle on which they were originally fitted.

Please keep your original receipt in a safe place since proof of purchase is essential before any work can be carried out under your No Hassle Guarantee.
