What is myjax platinum?
myjax platinum is our updated Gold Club Tyre Maintenance program, which offers members over $500 worth of savings and allows them to access and track their tyre maintenance online. Members receive ongoing communications to remind them of upcoming maintenance & service intervals, as well as discounted offers and rewards.
How do I qualify for a myjax platinum membership?
To qualify all you need to do is purchase any four tyres from a myjax qualifying brand, and a wheel alignment at any JAX Tyres store.
What tyre brands can I purchase to qualify for a myjax platinum membership?
The myjax platinum qualifying brands include Achilles, BFGoodrich, Blue Streak, Bridgestone, Continental, Dunlop, Firestone, Goodyear, Hankook, Maxxis, Michelin, Nexen and Pirelli.
How do I contact the myjax team?

What if I buy two tyres now and two tyres later?
To qualify for the program you need to purchase all four tyres and a wheel alignment within a 30 day period.
How do I activate my myjax Card?
You can activate your card online at www.myjax.com.au and follow the instructions.
I have activated my card, why can I not see my invoice history?
It takes 24 hours for your details to update in myjax.com.au.
Can I use my myjax Card without activating it?
The card MUST be activated for your transactions to be connected to your member profile and for you to receive vouchers.
Where do I find my card number?
Your 8-digit card number is printed on the back of your myjax card.
What can I do with my additional cards / key rings?
You are able to register up to 5 vehicles on the one myjax card number. This means you are able to pass on the card / key tags to other family members for their use, once they too qualify by purchasing any four tyres and a wheel alignment for their vehicle.
I don't have an email address
When your tyres are due for a service we need to be able to let you know and email is the quickest way for us to do this. Anyone can get a free email address at www.gmail.com, www.yahoo.com or www.live.com. A valid and unique email address is a requirement of the myjax platinum program.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, simply login to your account at myjax.com.au and click on the 'Options' tab. Then complete the section 'Change my password' and press 'Update password' once completed.
I've forgotten my password, what should I do?
Go to myjax.com.au and click through to the login page. Click on 'Forgotten yours' above the password field and follow the prompts.
How do I update my details?
Login to your myjax platinum account at myjax.com.au and click on the 'Details' tab.
My activated myjax card is lost/stolen/damaged, how do I get a new one?
Simply go to myjax.com.au and sign in using your existing membership details (email and password). Once logged in, click on the 'Lost card' and complete the fields to have a new card sent to you. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Service on 1300 557 467.
Can I use my myjax card at any JAX Tyres store?
Yes, you can use your card and redeem your vouchers at any JAX Tyres stores.
Your emails go to my junk box?
In order for our emails to go directly to your inbox you need to add our email address to your safe sender list.
I deleted your email, can you please re-send it?
These vouchers can only be sent to customers once. If you have accidentally deleted your email you can try and access this in your deleted items or login to your account at myjax.com.au at anytime and download your vouchers.
I wish to unsubscribe from receiving myjax emails?
Log into your myjax platinum account at myjax.com.au and select the 'Options' tab, and then select either 'Yes' or No' under the heading 'Manage my subscriptions.' You can also click on the unsubscribe link in the bottom of an email sent to you from myjax. By unsubscribing you could miss out on important information such as upcoming maintenance for your tyres and fantastic rewards.
Do my vouchers expire?
The vouchers will only expire when the maintenance plan for that vehicle expires.
Can I use a voucher more than once?
You can only redeem each voucher once, and can only redeem one myjax voucher per visit.
My relative/friend received a voucher, why didn't I?
The maintenance plan vouchers are specific to a particular set of tyres on a vehicle. An email will be sent to a myjax member when their tyres are ready for maintenance. When your tyres are ready for maintenance we will send you vouchers.
How will I be notified of any vouchers or offers?
You will be notified by email when your tyres are ready for maintenance or any new offers. You can also download your vouchers at anytime from your account at myjax.com.au.
