Narellan: JAXQuickfit Tyres Responds to Growth

Sydney's newest population centre now has its own JAXQuickfit Tyres store.

JAXQuickfit Narellan has opened its doors to service both the region's well established residents and the new arrivals, as tracts of residential land in the adjacent Oran Park area are developed.

"As a local resident for more than a decade or so I've seen fairly steady growth over that time, but right now we are now witnessing substantial and very rapid growth," Narellan franchisee Simon Fell says.

"It's the perfect time to be establishing JAXQuickfit Tyres' first store in the area, in what has become a bit of an automotive hub servicing the ever-expanding local community."

With a background in the automotive trade at both a mechanical repair and retailing level, Simon Fell has a well rounded view of what customers want.

"Price and service are the keys to satisfying your customers at any time, but these factors are even more important at Narellan because so many of our new customers have had the recent financial challenge of setting up new homes.

"We've been very conscious of this, so our product and service offering is very focused on quality at a value-for-money price.

"There's also a sector of the local market with a strong performance orientation, so we're carrying a big range of wheels to chose from, together with offering nitrogen fill.

"And then there's a more 'established' clientele, often with rural properties, so we have many customers with four-wheel-drives to service as well.

"It's about understanding your market and providing a better alternative than your competitors."

As new as the store itself, JAXQuickfit Narellan features state-of-the-art computerised tyre fitment and wheel alignment equipment, as well as offering brake, suspension and mechanical servicing.

A Narellan store speciality is also registration safety checks known as Pink and Blue Slips.

Married to Leah, with a couple of young boys to keep them both busy, franchisee Simon Fell enjoys Rugby League and motorsports when he gets a break from the business.

"There's a very strong community spirit in the area, despite its diversity, and we are delighted to be a part of that with the new JAXQuickfit Tyres business," Simon Fell says.
