I would like to say a huge thank you to the wonderful staff who helped us 3/3/10. We travelled to Sydney from Newcastle and got a flat tyre. We changed it and discovered the "brand new" spare had a screw in it. On our way home we stopped at your shop at about 430pm and asked if we could get the flat one fixed. Your staff (sorry i didnt get there names) not only advised us to purchase a new one but went one step further and took the spare off and checked it and repaired it.(at no extra cost) We had 3 children in the car and the patients and kindness they showed us was exceptional. It was 5pm before we left and not once did they rush because it was near closing but slotted us in so we could drive home safely.

We will always be greatful for your customer service and will recommend you to everyone

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this to you in praise of the staff at your Castle Hill Quickfit branch in Castle Hill. I had 4 new tyres (with Nitro) and 4 new mag wheels (Speedy) fitted to my 2003 VY SS sedan back in late 2009. The service was quick and the information given to me was second to none. The after service has been top class too.

I was that impressed that I had my wife's 2006 Toyota Rav 4 fitted with 4 new Cooper tyres (with Nitro) also fitted. The ride and handling has improved beyond my expectations. Daniel Dalton and Rob Baggiossi were very professional and a delight to deal with. Their knowledge, service and advice are worth bottling.

Will be returning there every time rubber and/or mechanical work is needed.

I want to let you know how grateful I am with the excellent service I received in mid-December 09, when I ordered / purchased 5 rims and tyres for my XR6 Falcon.

I have been looking for 2 years at rims which I like, and would compliment the appearance of my car. It was the "JaxQuickfit" website where I found "MY" rims. When I came to your Penrith store, I was greatly impressed with your knowledge, professionalism and passion to endure the customer was totally satisfied with their purchase. I ordered 5 18"x8.5" G.Max "Boston Chrome" rims and Dunlop SP3000A tyres; I knew you had given me the best price on rims and tyres as I had shopped around. You kept me up-dated on the delays on rim delivery (courier problems). This I also appreciated.

A week after the fitment and wheel alignment, I noticed a shimmy coming through the steering wheel. I returned to your store and you managed to fit it into your busy schedule. ALL rims were removed and balanced and it was noted a weight had escaped from the front right rim. The rims were replaced on the same corner they were removed from. A tweak was also done with the steering, to straighten the steering wheel a little. All at not further cost. The compliments on how spotless my car is (inside, outside and underneath) from both of the young guys - wheel alignment and rim fitment - was also appreciated

Too many times companies want to sell you their product but after-sales service is a bun fight. NOT so with Jax. It is so satisfying to get good service nowadays. I will be a return customer and will sing your praises to others.

I am emailing you to highly commend the Manager at the Caulfield South store Nathan Jones. This week  Nathan arranged the replacement of my Renault Scenic’s front and rear brakes.

In doing so Nathan was required to use genuine parts instead of the quoted after-market parts,and he honoured the original quote. Then when I had to return to the workshop to advise of a large grease handprint on the door of the car, Nathan immediately arranged for the car to be detailed.

I can’t praise Nathan more highly for his excellent and professional customer service.

I have now had my car in twice to Nathan at Jaxquickfit and find the level of service to be excellent.

I certainly will be using Nathan and Jaxquickfit for future automotive work.

All went smoothly with the tyres for the ute. Absolutely impressed with the guys at Sutherland, they were SO helpful, particularly Brad! I've only been able to track down 4 second hand Hilux SR5 alloy wheels ($800 each from Toyota!!) to replace the steel rims that came with the car so he made a big effort to try and find one for me, unfortunately with no success. He has other ideas, so we'll resolve it.

I want to recommend him for the JAXQuckfit medal of honour.  :)

In this day and age where customer service is becoming more difficult to find, I thought it fitting for me to comment on the exceptional service I have recently received at the Ashmore Branch of JAXQUICKFIT TYRES.

I was approaching the end of a two year rebuild on my 1985 Series 3 RX7 when I was confronted with a problem.  I had fitted an after market brake upgrade to the front of the car that was supposed to keep the wheel track the same.  This was important as I had limited wheel clearance and any widening of the track would cause issues.  There is no need to explain the obvious result; I needed to purchase new wheels.  Staggered wheels are virtually impossible to purchase off the shelf these days, my only alternative was to have wheels made.

Andre offered me a brochure from Showwheels, the range was exceptional.  I ordered the wheels and impatiently waited the 3 months it took for them to be manufactured and delivered.  My aim was to build a quick street/show car that was totally street legal.  This is where Andre and his team left their opposition behind.  The task of locating a very specific profile for the rear of the car to keep it street legal was too much trouble for the others.  As it turned out, only one tyre company is currently manufacturing the profile I required.  Andre said he was not a dealer for this brand of tyre, but he could certainly obtain a price and supply them if I was satisfied with his quote.  The price he quoted me was less than the company that was the dealer for this particular brand of tyre.

The tyres were ordered and on the shelf weeks before the wheels arrived from America.  I appreciated this as I was on a tight deadline to enter the car in the 19th Jamboree Show and Shine at Willowbank Raceway at the end of August.

At no stage was I concerned that my new wheels or for that matter the RX7, would be damaged by poor workmanship.  The care and attention taken by the team at Ashmore was obvious, I wish I could say that about some of the other workshops my cars have been in over the years.  The alignment that was done on the car has it handling and turning into corners better than ever and I am looking forward to club days at the local race circuits.  Again, it is difficult to find a workshop that is prepared to go that extra step away from the norm, these guys do.

Finally, thanks again to Andre and his team, their direction and effort assisted me greatly in achieving my deadline for the show.  The RX7 was granted the Top 2 Door pre 1989 title at the 19th Jamboree.

Being someone who knows little about cars a trip to the mechanics or tyre shop is an experience I dread. I feel I 'm going to the out of my depth, make a wrong choice,  and ultimately be ripped off. Unannounced I arrived at the Haberfield branch, my busted tyre was in the back of my car and before I had the chance to even get it out I had a gentleman there wheeling the tyre away, I now recognise him as the owner of the franchise Chris Geoghegan.  He noticed the nail in the tyre and quoted me the cheapest way to fix it. Less than three minutes later another gentleman was back showing me the damage I had caused to the inside of my tyre by driving it flat for so long, and explaining how for safety reasons I’d need to get a new/second hand tyre…..as I watched and marvelled at the complex machinery and marvelled at how anybody could ever dream up such elaborate devices, he explained how it all worked.   He worked with skill and pace and I left the counter I felt like I got more than just a new type. Ten minutes from arrival, and I was done. The shop was very busy there must have been a hive about ten customers. Now came the part that I was dreading. The cost. I watched as Chris’s lovely office manager answered the phone and as Chris nose to the grindstone exclaimed with a smile “sure not a problem mate, bring it down now” wiping the bead of sweat from his face. I paid $35 expecting to pay $80-100 bucks I walked out of there feeling like I‘d learnt something, like I’d been treated like a celebrity and I spent a third of what I’d decided in my head it was going to cost me. Thank you for such a positive experience. I had a look at JAXQuickfit’s mission statement and you’ve ticked all the boxes, I’ll be back and I’ll be sending everyone else I know to you in the meantime. Chris you and your team are a credit to your franchises. Thanks you :)

I took the flat tyre from our gear trailer to Jax Tyres in Bondi Junction and they have fixed it at no charge.
Also, the rim was actually stuck to the hub due to corrosion and I was  unable to separate them. Jax were able to fix this and clean it up.

Thank you Jax for your help.  They should not infer that they are sponsors, but nevertheless, we do appreciate their assistance.

I am writing to commend staff at your Belconnen, ACT outlet. When I contacted the outlet in the late afternoon the staff mentioned they were having a very busy day and may be open a little longer than usual.  I'd had a busy day and was running a little later than usual.  I had dropped in a spare earlier in the day to have a tyre replaced.  When I arrived at the outlet is was 5.45pm on a Friday before a long weekend and the staff were preparing to go home.  I would have understood if they'd asked me to return in the morning.  However, without hesitation the staff processed my payment, carried the tyre to my car, and advised me to drive safely in the wet conditions.  Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional.  It seems such a minor thing to write to you about however the customer service was appreciated and will make everything I have to do tomorrow, a little easier.

I recently had 4 new tyres fitted to my Prado 4WD.

The process of purchase and fitting was efficient and friendly. They offered advice and options for various tyres considering the type of use and my preferences.

In the end the tyres were fitted and they also completed a wheel alignment.

Subsequently I experienced some vibration through the steering that I have never found in this vehicle in the past. I returned the vehicle and they were quick to check all balances and ensure the problem was eliminated. It did not fix the problem and this morning I returned the vehicle and they completed a more thorough review. Thankfully the vibrations have reduced substantially and I will continue to drive the vehicle for another 4-5,000 Km and then have them chack again.

The reason I'm writing is to let you what outstanding service I have received. Initially I dealt with Tony but Neil (I'm sorry did not get their surnames) has been the main service provider and you should know what a great Neil has done in taking care of my issues and providing truly outstanding service.

I’d like to extend my thanks for the excellent service my partner and I received at the Mitchelton store last Friday morning.

I phoned a number of other companies before booking with Jax and not only were Jax more competitive on price for tyres for our two cars, but the customer service over the phone (and later in person) was top notch.  They were clearly dealing with a heavy workload that morning (everyone was hard at work just after 8), yet the guys in the office, manager + another that served us, were extremely pleasant and helpful.  On only the mention of my girlfriend needing to leave for work within an hour, they ensured her car was shuffled in as soon as possible and she was easily away in time.

I’m very impressed and have/will recommended Jax Quickfit Mitchelton to anyone I know.

Just a note to say how pleased I am with my B.F. Goodrich   “All Terrain”  tyres.

I work in the Property Development  industry and travel all over S.E. QLD , which includes highway travel, gravel roads, dirt tracks and paddock bashing, often on large rural properties during the initial inspection and then the development of these properties on a constant basis and I find that these tyres are the best tyres available. Although some people would find them expensive, I can tell you they are well worth investing in.

I have had about 5 sets of these tyres over the past decade on my various 4 x 4’s and they all perform the same.

  • At least 110 klm’s on a set, (the ones I have on my Cruiser have done over 130,000 klm’s).

  • Hardly ever get a flat tyre, even in the roughest of conditions.

  • Great tread pattern that will get you out of most situations.

  • Terrific strong walls on these tyres.

An example of their worth is that the original tyres that came on the cruiser (won’t mention their names) I only got 40,000Klm’s out of, and at that point, in the last two months I had spent over $1200 just buying replacement tyres and fixing punctures, and these tyres would have probably been $75.00 cheaper / tyre. So as you can see, I was totally frustrated and quickly decided to totally get rid of them and put the trusted
B. F. Goodrich   “All Terrain”
tyres on, which were slightly more expensive ,but over the term of the tyres work out to be cheaper, a lot cheaper/ tyre as you are getting 3 times the usage at only a small expense upfront and you can go anywhere and hardly ever get a flat tyre.  

I have spent most of my life in the bush driving 4 x 4’s and these tyres in my opinion and experience, are amongst THE BEST TYRES IN THE WORLD, if you want quality and long lasting tyres.

I would like to recognise the excellent service I received from an employee at your Bendigo outlet.
If you have an "Employee of the Month" of any other staff  recognition award I would like to nominate, I think his name is Glen.  So please forward this onto the relevant people

When on holidays from Darwin it was necessary for me to get 4 new tyres, fitted, balance and aligned while I was in Bendigo between Christmas and New Year. I think the person I was dealing with was called Glen and I believe was acting as store manager at the time as the manager was on a break over the holiday
period.

Glen, although extremely busy covering the front counter, phone calls, doing vehicle deliveries/pick ups as well as working in the work shop provided an excellent and extremely customer focused service. To add to his busy work load the wheel alignment machinery was also not working. As I was on a very tight time frame to head back to Darwin I could not wait around and come back when it was fixed, although it was not required (as the machine was repaired at the last minute) Glen had arranged for the alignment to be done elsewhere so I was not held up.

The service provided by Glen has really stood as above the service one normally receives and has come to expect.

Last week I phoned around for prices to replace 4 tyres on my Cressida. It is in mint condition.

I phoned Jax at Warilla last [ about 6th]. I was pleased that  the phone was answered so well. A man named KEN treated me with respect, courtesy and dignity. He didn't wast his or my time. He was so good that even had his prices been higher [ to a degree] I would have gone there.

This morning I had the car there for a wheel alignment and 4 tyres replaced. Ken greeted me - I had never met him before -  and the car was serviced within the time frame he gave me - less than an hour.

I couldn't have had better treatment - it is so encouraging when someone treats you well.

I have just become  ' retired' and have poor health at the moment. He brightened my day.

KEN is a real asset to you.

I will call him again when I want my daughter's tyres replaced, or my own.

 I will be telling my friends of the customer service - and the competative prices at Jax - Warilla.

Just wanted to let you know that the guys at Artarmon really do offer excellent service. 

About 6 weeks ago needed the nitrogen tyres filled up on my car, tried Bob Jane at Artarmon because they were close and easy to get to…but they were too busy, and unhelpful – so found the JAX store, and the guys did it quickly and were very friendly – also pointing out that tyres were getting close’ish to replacement time, and he checked when the rego was due, and suggested we get new ones by then. 

Rego was due this week, and sent emails to JAX first, then also to Bob Jane and Beaurepaires.  Scott replied within an hour – I am still waiting to hear from the others.  He got the right tyres in, when I needed them, and fitted them quickly, offered sensible add-on services appropriately, and left me confident that I had made the right choice.

No doubt that I will use them again and recommend them to others.

I recently purchased a 2005 Landcruiser Prado at auction up here in Townsville, and as part of the process of getting it registered it needed to be fitted with new tyres.  Having not bought new tyres for a vehicle for many years (my hilux is fitted with BF Goodrich All Terrains, which have given me many good years of service), I set about "shopping around" for prices on a new set.  After endless phone calls and visits to shopfronts, I established that the BFG All Terrains were currently under an Australia-wide shortage in my size.

 

Please pass on my thanks to the staff in the Townsville store, particularly Dave and Tony, who answered my numerous phone calls and provided the best service out of any of the tyre shops that I rang on the day.  Their prices were very competitive as well - in fact, they quoted the lowest price for the BFG ATs (and other brands) out of the 3 suppliers in Townsville.

 

Although I wasn't able to get the tyres that I wanted on this occasion (due to circumstances out of their control), the service that I received was outstanding.  As I said to Dave and Tony this morning, I have no requirement to shop around next time - Jax Quickfit Townsville has my business for as long as I stay in town.

The staff I deal with are always professional, courteous and happy to help - no matter how trivial my question is!  I had never dealt with Jax QuickFit when living in Sydney but since moving to Canberra, I am have been very impressed with the company and the service offered.  Due to my rims having no 'centre bore hole', I had tried a number of specialists in Canberra to no avail.  They could just never provide a perfect wheel balance.  The Fyshwick store are experts at getting my wheel balance right so I will now happily purchase all my tyres there.

Special mention goes to Mirrahn for his service.  He is always willing to listen and in turn, give great advice.

I’m writing to express my satisfaction with your Thornleigh Branch.
Over a number of years, I’ve been impressed with the service they provide, but more so with the attitude they all display – obvious enjoyment in the work they do , the way they interact with customers and their willingness to help customers – often with no financial benefit to them. As an example, I recently asked them for assistance in replacing a rear windscreen on my car. No worries, they arranged for the work to be conducted at their site, provided me with a lift to the train station, supervised the work, and checked a few things on the car.

Then charged me exactly what they were charged to replace the screen.

And were cheerful about it all.

My only problem is that I now have to travel from Potts Point to Thornleigh for service. And I’m happy to do that, for both our cars!

In the past 4 months i have been to two local tyre companies for a wheel alignment as my car was constantly pulling to the left, and i drove away with a car not much better than when I went in with.

This past Saturday 9/8/08 I went to JAX at Campbelltown and explained my problem, Ii was told that the wheel alignment was out and because of that the front tyres have just about had it.

I had new tyres fitted and a wheel alignment + nitrogen and i drove away in a new car the difference was amazing. thanks to the team at JAX Campbelltown for great work and service.

I will be back ( the coffee wasn't too bad either)

I have been a Fixed Operations Manager for a large multi-franchise group for many years and know that praise is not often heard but complaints are! 

I viewed the work being done on my vehicle and must say I was impressed with the speed and accuracy of the people working, no shortcuts or carelessness at all and all the correct procedures and equipment used also the staff in the reception, Patrick and Mike, we both very helpful efficient and friendly.  

All in all a very good experience.

My name is Deborah and I live in Ashtonfield, NSW. I am writing to express my great pleasure and delight at the exceptional service we have been receiving from JAX Greenhills over the last few years. In my experience, society is very quick to criticize a poor service but become complacent and often forget to reward excellent service. What prompted me to write today was the kind gentleman who served me at the desk. He was quick to address my needs and acknowledged my struggle/juggling act as a Mum with 2 little children. I was given an ETA of 1 ½ hours for the job to be completed but after only 45 minutes I was called and told the job was done. He was pleasant, NOT condescending as many men in the car world can be, and to cap it off, another of your workers showed the utmost in chivalry by opening the door for me !!

As noted before, we have been using JAX Greenhills for several years for Pink slips and Tyre needs. We will continue our patronage there and we hope you will extend our congratulations to the store and it’s personnel for a job well done.

I later had some trouble with the tyres hitting the guards but they were more than happy to get the car back to look at it again providing excellent after sales service. My wife took the vehicle back to get the guards looked at & she also commented on how friendly & helpful all the staff were. They even went to the trouble of getting genuine Mitsubishi paint to touch up under the guards after the repairs were carried out.

Last Thursday ( 1st May ) I purchased four tyres from JAXQuickfit Tyres Sutherland. I dealt with Frank Salucci (Manager) and was very impressed with the manner in which the purchase was carried out. Frank did not have the tyres in stock, however after I informed him we live at Tea Gardens, he made a phone call and phoned us back early afternoon and advised he had the tyres at Sutherland. We then had them fitted early Thursday morning. I have never enjoyed the experience of going to tyre outlets as most do not really show a great deal of interest and only want to promote a particular brand.

Frank was the exception and shows he has great customer service skills. I do not know if you have any reward schemes, but please pass onto Frank through your office my sincere thanks. I did at the time but it would be good getting from yourselves as well.

I have just had 4 tyres fitted to my XR8. I was delighted with the level of customer service shown by all members of the team at Greenhills.  I am employed as a staff training and development specialist.  My role is
to teach customer service and develop staff so they appreciate the importance of exceeding customers expectations. I am glad to report that my services would be wasted in working with the team at Greenhills.  The receptionist 'Taryn' is efficient, knowledgeable, and very capable of multi-tasking.  She is an asset to the business.  I would have no hesitation in offering her a role with any of the organisations that I work with.

I am writing to say a big thanks to you and your team at Merrylands for the recent tyre replacement suggested by yourself and the subsequent essential replacement to the broken engine mount detected of my Saab 9-3 when the test drive was carried out by your Mechanic.

I was most impressed with service, price quoted on the phone and the time frame given for my car to be completed by on Thursday and again today with the engine mount repair as required.

I recently had my car serviced at a leading auto repairer in Parramatta and this broken engine mount was not picked up at the time when being serviced and your mechanic – Malcolm was most knowledgeable and friendly when I was advised of this urgent repair being needed to be attended to.  I use my car everyday commuting to and from the eastern suburbs to Parramatta each day and various other locations around Sydney.

I hope that you and your team receive suitable recognition and this can be used as a valuable lesson in customer service and great results for my cars performance and handling.

Bye the way the car is so much better to drive especially with the Nitrogen in the tyres you suggested.

Hi, my name is Peta Gittins.  I'm writing to give compliments to your Slacks Creek store in Moss st, Brisbane.  James Sullivan was so lovely and helpful.  There was another gentleman that was equally helpful but I didn't get his name. 
 
I had 2 of my tyres replaced today, one puncture fixed and a wheel alignment also done and I am so impressed with the service, quality and how fantastic my car feels now.  

Before phoning this store for information and a quote I had phoned a competitor's store.  I was treated rudely and pretty much like a dumb woman. Our tyres are the most important part of the car's safety and as I travel long distances each week I can't compromise on this.  I won't hesitate now to have my car serviced with this JAXQuickfit store regularly. 

 
I'm not sure if the stores are independently owned or not but this store in particular uphold everything a decent business should be following. 
 
Too often there are complaints made about bad business experiences but there aren't enough pat's on the back for good ones.

Good morning.

I wanted to write and let you know how pleased I was with the service I received from your Mittagong branch recently.

I had a situation late last Thursday night (1/3) where my 4WD Isuzu snapped six wheel nuts and lost its front wheel at speed. It was subsequently towed at my request to Jax Mittagong, and secured
at the front of the premises. I left a note with the vehicle, and at 9 next  morning, having assessed
the situation, the branch contacted me on my mobile phone and spoke at length and in detail about
the damage, and patiently explained the nature of the repairs required. Being a low volume import vehicle, I was not confident the the parts would be easy to source. Living out of town as we do, my  family relies heavily on that car, and I explained that I needed it fixed ASAP. Wayne Vinckx made several calls to keep me informed as to progress, and worked hard to have the car ready for me by the close of trade Saturday. Which he did. And the labour charge was very competitive too.

So. Most impressed, and wanted to make sure head office knew about it.

Well we are only 5 weeks into the year, and I must not be having much luck.

Saturday marked the 3rd time (this year) I have had to use your business / service... It was my third tyre that has had a flat.

2 previous times I have had received great service from Jax and I did not hesitate to head straight to your business in Bondi Junction to use your business again. Much to my annoyance your business had closed when I arrived... Your trading hours are till 1pm on Saturdays... I arrived at 1:40pm. Still at 1:40pm your staff were hanging out unwinding from their busy week. To my amazement, even though you had closed shop, someone offered to change my tire and fix me up with a new one. I was thrilled to have a friend with me to prove to him, that the service I had received previously was just as consistant this time around. In fact it was the same friend that I called up (after the 2nd time I had to visit this year) to rave about your business.

3rd time and you still impressed me.

Please, I insist that you print this email out and show anyone that is reluctant to use your business. I can ensure they will be more than happy with JAX. I can not speak more highly of your business.

Guys thanks for inspiring me and proving that great service still exists. I would never have thought it would have come from a Tyre Store.
