Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • All reception duties

  • Data Entry

  • Opening & distributing of daily mail

  • Filing

  • Courier Orders

  • Ordering stationary & kitchen supplies

  • Other ad hoc duties as directed by other staff

You will possess an enthusiastic personality, excellent communication skills and presentation, a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

You must be Computer literate in Outlook, Word and Excel and able to work with minimal supervision.
