About JAXQuickfit Queanbeyan

Having managed the JAXQuickfit Tyres, Queanbeyan store since it's opening in 1994 and with over 40 years in the automotive industry, store Manager Steve Rowland knows tyres.

Together with dedicated franchisee Adrian Heffernan, Steve has built up a diverse and loyal customer base comprising a mixture of families and tradespeople.

"We enjoy a lot of repeat business in the store with many Mums coming in with their children and lots of tradespeople given the construction going on in the area. It's a great mix" Rowland says

"We've got a comfortable waiting area which is fitted out with a tea and coffee making facilities, a television, up-to-date magazines and children's toys. It's important to us that our customers feel welcome."

"Women make up a significant portion of the tyre buying public and we are very conscious of that, we've tried to make the layout of the store and the waiting area more female friendly."
