When
replacing tubeless tyres, ensure a new valve is fitted. Check valves for
air leaks when checking tyre pressure. For ultra-low profile, high performance tyres on alloy rims, metal-type valves should be considered. Always use 'air sealing' metal or hard nylon valve caps. And always ensure you replace them after pressure checks, as the caps act as a secondary air seal.
