About JAXQuickfit Newcastle

Following over 30 years in wholesale management, Mark Hayes has taken on the busy JAXQuickfit Newcastle franchise.

Living within a couple of kilometres of the store, Mark was attracted to the JAXQuickfit Business System, the Group’s rich history and the established store itself.

Being new to the tyre industry, Mark explains how he sought out a franchise model, where the infrastructure and support was already in place.

Mark's ambition is to provide outstanding customer service to the Newcastle community and to strive for customer retention – having been attracted to the JAXQuickfit Group for its focus on “no hassles”.
